Payment Policy: Payment is expected at the time services are provided unless prior arrangements have been made. Full payment must be completed upon treatment conclusion.

• Cash or Check Discount: A 5% discount is offered to patients who settle their bill in full with cash or check at the time of service.
• Credit Card Payments: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
• Dental Insurance: We are purposely out of network with all dental insurances. This allows us to operate with a patient-first approach, ensuring treatment decisions are based on your needs, not insurance constraints. While we provide an estimated treatment plan after a thorough patient examination, please note that estimates are based on the current insurance information and are not a guarantee of insurance payment. Our office will bill your insurance company as a courtesy. Co-payments and deductibles are collected at the time of service.
• Medicaid and Medicare programs do not allow us to participate out of network.
• CareCredit Financing: We offer financing through CareCredit, a reputable financing provider in dental care, featuring interest-free and extended payment plans. Our team can assist you with the approval process.
